Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Delays & Lost Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Crowned Paw is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at the email below — we will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
